Beautiful store next to Stepney Green Station that stands out for how unique it is in the location. With a huge variety of hot drinks, cold drinks, pastries, cakes and even fresh waffles they have it all. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional and the atmosphere is breathtaking. The interior is decorated beautifully with plenty of scenic seating where to enjoy your delicious cup of coffee.
I used to go this often when it first opened in 2017ish as I lived close by. I haven't been back since the pandemic and boy it is better than before. Absolutely loved it and the prices are so reasonable. We had the Ferrero cheese cake and a Biscoff and Caramel sundae. Both were so delicious. Staff were super friendly and attentive. A 5***** venue.
What an experience we had today at Sweets Cafe! While our visit started with a bit of an unexpected hiccup, it quickly turned into a testament to outstanding customer service and delicious treats. As we walked in, my child unfortunately vomited onto the floor. I can't express enough gratitude for how wonderfully the staff handled the situation. They immediately came to help and clearing up the mess efficiently and with such genuine kindness, allowing me to fully attend to my child. They directed me to the bathroom, which was clean and well-stocked, making it easy to get my little one cleaned up. After everything was settled, one of the kind workers even offered my child a croissant, which was incredibly thoughtful, especially since I wasn't letting him eat anything else until his stomach had settled. It was such a compassionate gesture that really helped calm a stressful moment. Once we finally got to enjoy the desserts, they did not disappoint! We ordered Karak chai, baklava cheesecake and cookies doughs which were all very delicious! Overall, despite the initial chaos, our experience at Sweets Cafe was truly positive. We'll definitely be back, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sweet treat and fantastic service!
One of my favorite place in London which is very close to my house to sit and sips coffee or Milkshake maybe I found this place a gem, quite place in a crowded neighbourhood. Good various kinds of dessert options. Well Decorative and cosy atmosphere. You'd sit there for hours and you wouldn’t know! Can't complain about Customers service. They're good souls. I would recommend this for dessert lovers.
What a dessert cafe should be. The fare looked very individual rather than generic The place is utterly spotless without being clinical . The decor is quirky and interesting , it is sectioned into three distinctive areas offering differing seating schemes. The service is both friendly and highly efficient. A very welcome local .addition that is justly popular . Lovely place
I was recommended this place by my friends and popped in when I got the chance the other day. The layout of the cafe is very nice and vibrant and the staff are really nice and welcoming. Most of the desserts are visible as you walk in and ordering is simple via the QR codes on the menu or at the till directly. I had the Baklava Cheesecake and Kanafa cake. Both were amazing and unique. The selection of desserts is great and im sure you’ll find something you like on the menu. They also have some savoury options available if you’re looking for something else. Definitely worth popping in and having a look.
Amazing staff, especially the owner. So accommodating and patient (we were a very big party). One of my favourite dessert shops to visit and they also have a great chicken baguette!
First time trying this cafe as we seen the amazing looking cakes in the window. It was a really great place and lovely helpful staff! We had the pistachio chocolate cake, strawberry milkshake and ferrero pancakes and all were so tasty and really huge portions for the price! Definitely will be going back - thanks to the amazing staff! :)
